The image(s) supplied with reference number(s) SkyW........ to SkyW....... are hereby licensed for the use(s) specified herein for a period of ............. months from date..............to date ............... After this period a further permission for use may be required and will not normally be withheld following receipt of any further payment as agreed and providing that any outstanding fees on the customer's account have been settled and any pending payments have been cleared successfully with SkyWalker's bank. The use of the specified images in this licence is: ...................e.g. Web Media, Newsprint, Magazine, Poster other advertising etc. Any use outside of that/those specified in this agreement is strictly prohibited and is subject to a new or further licence for use. Final images cannot be released until proofs are approved by client or customer and any and all fees paid.
Individual user agreements may be negotiated and or amended but only with express written confirmation before filming take place.
Image Specification:
The images supplied to a client or customer are provided in either JPEG or RAW format at the agreed size and resolution as agreed on original order, prior to shooting. Large finished image sizes shall be subject to specific agreement so that the final use has the optimum format and a suitable resolution. The preferred format for delivery is CD due to large digital file sizes. Delivery by web or email is preferred for proofs and smaller file sizes. Mounting of images on a hard base is available by arrangement as is any special finish that would be contracted to a specialist lab at near cost price as part of the service.
